I’ve spent 20 years in the trenches of risk management, OSHA compliance, and workers’ comp claims for employers across the country. I’ve also run a small business in California myself, so I know what it’s like to balance compliance, cost, and chaos.

Before starting Alternative Options, I spent eight years at one of the largest PEOs in the nation moving from risk manager to account manager, then into business development, and finally divisional leader with full P&L responsibility, working with more than 400 clients.

That experience taught me what really works, what doesn’t, and how to find better solutions for both business owners and brokers.
